For Birth to School Entry - PT

TVCC Physiotherapists (PT) provide services to infants, children, youth and their families. TVCC PT’s can help with strength, flexibility, coordination, walking (with and/or without equipment), posture while sitting or standing, as well as breathing. They help children/youth build these skills, focusing on their strengths and abilities, during their day-to-day activities to play, learn or work at their best. These could be new (acquired) conditions or something a person was born with. PT’s will develop a personalized plan that is just right for your family.

What to Expect

We will listen to you to understand your concerns and priorities. We work with you to determine how we can best help you and your child/youth. A Physiotherapist can help as a single support or as part of your service team. Services may be in the form of one-on-one, group treatment, consultation or home programming. We will create an individualized plan that is just right for your family.

Physiotherapists are regulated health professionals registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
