Let's Play Minecraft In-Person! (12 yrs +)

TVCC Youth with disabilities, 12+ yrs.

What to Expect

Come explore the vast and creative world of Minecraft while getting to know other TVCC clients. This group is similar to our virtual Minecraft group, just in-person to allow for more socializing. Every Friday, we will work together to build our home base, collect resources, and survive through the nights.

Through playing Minecraft together, participants will have the opportunity to interact with other youth, learn how to communicate effectively, and work together to overcome challenges. They will be encouraged to express themselves creatively and share their ideas with others, building confidence and self-esteem.

There are two Minecraft groups: one is virtual, and one is in-person. Please register for whichever one would work best for your youth but not both. The virtual group can be found here: https://www.tvcc.on.ca/participation/lets-play-minecraft-virtually-12-yrs-0

Through this program, youth will:

  • Practice social skills through group activities and peer connection
  • Boost their self-confidence through play and creative expression
  • Improve communication skills through shared activities and discussion

Participant Criteria:

  • TVCC clients ages 12+
  • Knowledge of how to play Minecraft required
