About your Visit

We’re excited to welcome you to TVCC! To help your visit go smoothly, here’s what to expect when you arrive:

When You Arrive

  • Please use hand sanitizer upon entry.
  • Connect with a TVCC staff member: 
    • Use the intercom at the door if applicable,
    • Check in at reception or meet your therapist at the entrance.

During Your Appointment

  • Children and youth must be supervised at all times to ensure their safety.
  • If you and your therapist have arranged for your child/youth to be in our care during their appointment: 
    • You will be asked to provide emergency contact information.
    • You will need to sign your child/youth in and out.
    • Please be available to return within approximately 15 minutes if contacted.
    • Arrive on time to pick up your child/youth at the end of their appointment.

  • Accessibility: If you require accommodations (e.g., translation, sensory supports, mobility assistance), please let us know in advance.
  • Health & Safety: If you or your child are feeling unwell, please contact us to reschedule.
