TVCC youth with disabilities, 8-12 yrs, who reside within Elgin/Middlesex, Huron/Perth, Grey/Bruce & Oxford County.
What to Expect
This new program is designed for pre-teens with disabilities to socially connect and interact with peers.
Through activities, games, and group discussions, participants will work on building effective communication, social skills, and confidence in a fun, inclusive environment.
This program focuses on fostering meaningful connections, encouraging positive peer interactions, and promoting emotional well-being.
Sign up for one, two, or three sessions:
- January 22 – Lego & Board Games
- February 26 – Friendship Bracelets
- March 26 – Nintendo Switch
Through this program, participants will:
- Meet and interact with other TVCC clients
- Build upon communication and social skills
- Foster social confidence and improve social and emotional well being
Participant Criteria:
- TVCC clients ages 8-12 years old
- Interest and willingness to participate in the activities
- Able to participate safely in group activities; participants are welcome to have a support person present to assist them
- Able to independently follow along with a group with or without accommodations
