What to Expect
Have you attended a Paperwork and Funding General Information Workshop?
Is your child a client of TVCC or Community Living London? Do you need support filling out your Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities (ACSD) application?
Join this in-person session to go through the applications step-by-step. The clinic will be facilitated by various staff from TVCC and Community Living London who will offer support, tips, and strategies specific to the Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities (ACSD) application.
At the end of this session, you should have the completed form or an understanding of the final steps to have this applications complete.
