What to Expect
Have you attended a Paperwork and Funding Workshop? TVCC is offering in-person appointments.
Are you a client of TVCC? Do you still need some support filling out your funding application?
In-person ACSD Application Support Sessions
Sign up for a one on one ACSD (Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities) consultation to go through the funding application step-by-step with the Family Support and Funding Facilitator from TVCC.
You will receive an email before your appointment with details about the information/documents you will need to bring to your appointment related to your specific funding application choice. We cannot complete the funding forms without all of the information listed. If you do not have all of the information you are told to bring, please let us know and we will help you find it and/or rebook your appointment.
