What to Expect
Have you attended a Paperwork and Funding Workshop? TVCC is offering virtual or in-person appointments.
Are you a client of TVCC? Do you still need some support filling out your funding application?
London In-person (or virtual) Sessions
Sign up for a one-on-one consultation to go through funding applications step-by-step with the Family Support and Funding Facilitator at TVCC. Help is offered for the following applications (Please book one appointment for each application type):
- Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities (ACSD)
- Special Services at Home (SSAH)
- Disability Tax Credit (DTC)
- Easter Seals Incontinence Supplies Grant
You will receive an email before your appointment with the information or documents you will need to bring to your appointment for the funding form that you indicate. We cannot complete the funding forms without all of the information listed.
Woodstock In-Person ACSD Application Support

Register for one 90 minute consultation appointment on the dates/times below. Please book multiple appointments if you have multiple applications you need help with. There is one application type per appointment.
