Covid-19 Screening Questions for Appointments

Please consider the following before you leave home for your appointment…

If you or your child/youth/client have symptoms of COVID-19 or the flu, stay home and self-isolate.

  • Contact your clinician or 519.685.8700 / 1.866.590.8822, and we can re-book your appointment or switch to a virtual appointment if possible.

You and your child/youth/client can come to your appointment if:

  • Symptoms have been improving for at least 24 hours, and
  • You and your child are fever-free for 24 hours, and
  • You and your child are free of nausea, vomiting and/or diarrhea for 48 hours, and
  • You and your child have no new symptoms, and
  • Your child is well enough to participate in the appointment.

What you need to know before your appointment…

  • A mask is strongly recommended but not required. You will be offered a medical mask on arrival.
  • Please wear a mask if you or your child/youth/client has been sick in the last 10 days.  We can provide you with a mask if needed.
  • On arrival, look for the intercom or doorbell at a TVCC entrance door. All TVCC locations are secured and by appointment only.
  • Please sanitize your hands on arrival.
