What to Expect
Back to school time can bring up so many feelings for parents and caregivers!
You may be feeling excited, relieved, stressed, sad, or any other range of emotions about your tween or teen returning to school in September. This program will give you the chance to connect with other parents and caregivers, talk about coping throughout the busier times, and leave you feeling more prepared and ready to tackle the school year ahead.
This group is hosted by Parent Mentors, Andrea Orsini and Sue-Ann Collins and Social Worker Derek Neeb, and will give you the opportunity to hear from other caregivers about their experiences, learn tips and tricks for managing stress, as well as provide your own perspective on school years from the past.
