We recognize the importance of physical activity and recreation for the physical, emotional, social and mental health of everyone. We strive to offer a positive and welcoming environment, which recognizes each member's unique skills and abilities. The Adapted Fitness Centre staff is excited to offer individualized virtual and in-person workouts using the Zoom platform. Workouts can be booked during specific weekday mornings, afternoons and evenings. Parent/caregiver supervision is required.
Access to Service

What to Expect
Following an exploration call to ensure the Adapted Fitness Centre is the best fit for your child/youth, we offer:
- individualized virtual or in-person fitness assessments
- personalized virtual or in-person fitness program development
A Personalized Fitness Assessment must be completed prior to booking Individualized Workouts. Client safety is important. As part of your Assessment, safety will be discussed as it relates to equipment, supports/supervision and the ability to make choices and follow directions.
No equipment? No problem! Our team will develop an individualized program that works for the abilities of each member and complements the resources/space available. Limited equipment may be available for loan.
