Youth with disabilities and their sibling (cousin or close friend) who are 12 yrs + who reside within Elgin/Middlesex, Huron/Perth, Grey/Bruce & Oxford County.
What to Expect
Join the TVCC Wellness Project team for our June Movie Nights!
This special three-week program is designed and facilitated by the TVCC Wellness Project team to bring together youth with disabilities aged 12–18 and their peers for a fun and inclusive movie experience. Across 3 dates clients will have the opportunity to enjoy popular films, socialize, and build lasting connections in an inclusive and accessible environment.
Each evening will feature a carefully selected, age-appropriate movie, along with light snacks and time to socialize as facilitated by the TVCC Youth team.
Sign up for 1, 2, or 3 sessions! There will be a new movie each week, and siblings and friends of clients are welcome to join.
Monday June 2nd: Spiderman Across the Spider-Verse (2023)
Monday June 16th: Ratatouille (2007)
Monday June 23rd: Paddington (2014)
Participating clients will be expected to watch the selected films amongst peers respectfully and without disrupting.
Clients are welcome to bring a chosen support person, friend, or sibling.
