Vision/Hearing

TVCC provides oversight and administration of the Blind Low Vision Early Intervention and Infant Hearing Programs. These programs are provided to infants and preschoolers, and their families, living in the southwest region. 

Blind Low Vision EIP Providing child and family centred education, services and support for parents of children who were born blind or with low vision.
Infant Hearing Program Focus is on identifying all infants with permanent hearing loss
