TVCC provides oversight and administration of the Blind Low Vision Early Intervention and Infant Hearing Programs. These programs are provided to infants and preschoolers, and their families, living in the southwest region.
All TVCC locations will close on December 24, 2025 at 12PM and will reopen on January 2, 2026 at 8AM.
