At TVCC, we are dedicated to providing high-quality services to our clients and their families. That's why we have decided to participate in the Accreditation Canada program. Accreditation is a valuable tool for continuous improvement, allowing us to identify areas of strength and growth within our organization. This process ensures we provide the best possible care to those we serve.

External surveyors will assess our services against national standards, helping us focus our quality improvement efforts. We will have three accreditors on-site from May 8 to 11, 2023, to conduct an on-site survey. Everyone at TVCC is involved in accreditation, from front-line staff and volunteers to board members, clients, and families.
