Data Entry/File Clerk

We are currently recruiting to fill a regular, part-time (30 hours per week) Data Entry/File Clerk position in Clinical Information Services, London office. This position is expected to begin in February 2026.


Responsibilities:

  • Enter data into various clinical databases, including ISCIS;
  • Filing, upkeep and tracking of client information and client charts;
  • Monitoring and secure distribution of mail, email, faxes;
  • Updating electronic medical records (e.g. demographics, addresses, consents, etc.)
  • Copying and secure distribution of reports;
  • Time report entry, audits and corrections;
  • Scanning of reports and other client-related documentation into the electronic medical record  using appropriate naming conventions;
  • General office tasks such as photocopying, faxing, printing, date stamping.


Qualifications:

  • Secondary school diploma;
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite 365 (especially Word and Excel), electronic medical records, and scanning software;
  • Detail oriented and highly accurate;
  • An ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while balancing a number of tasks;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis.

Salary Range:  $25.26 - $27.56/hour
