TVCC clients, 3 yrs +, and their parent/caregiver who reside within Elgin-Middlesex-Oxford, Grey-Bruce, and Huron-Perth counties.
What to Expect
This is a Therapeutic Recreation Functional Intervention group.
Swim Clinics are a small-group Recreation Therapy opportunity for TVCC clients ages 3 yrs+ to participate in structured, goal-focused aquatic sessions in the TVCC therapeutic pool.
Sessions will support individualized goals related to flotation assessment, water comfort, safety awareness, functional movement in the water, confidence, participation, and caregiver-supported skill development.
A caregiver is required to be in the water with each participant for the duration of the session to support safety, participation, and carryover of strategies.
Space is limited to 2 clients per session time.

Dates: Wednesdays; October 14, 21, 28, November 4, 11, 18, 2026 (register for each date/time separately)
Session Times: 10:00 - 10:30 a.m. (30 min) or 10:30 - 11:15 a.m. (45 min) or 11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (30 min)

Parking: LHSC Visitor Parking (Lot P7) rate of $4.00 per hour, $2.00 per each 1/2 hr up to a daily maximum of $12.00
