What to Expect
So, you’ve heard about this thing called “ABA” – with that you may want to know what it is, how it works and why it might or might not be helpful for you and/or your child. Join us for this 1-hour virtual presentation where we will help you get to know ABA better and have some of your questions answered.
In this presentation we will:
- provide a brief introduction to "Today’s ABA"
- discuss how we use ABA to support children, youth and their families in everyday life
- introduce the relationship between behaviour and the environment that is the basis of ABA, and
- explore common examples where ABA can be helpful in your home, community and daily activities

This group will be facilitated on the Zoom platform. Zoom coordinates will be sent out prior to each session and requires a computer and data. Please ensure that you have enough data on your home plan that you do not go over and incur extra charges.
