What is Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)?

What to Expect

 So, you’ve heard about this thing called “ABA” – with that you may want to know what it is, how it works and why it might or might not be helpful for you and/or your child.  Join us for this 1-hour virtual presentation where we will help you get to know ABA better and have some of your questions answered.

In this presentation we will:

  • provide a brief introduction to "Today’s ABA"
  • discuss how we use ABA to support children, youth and their families in everyday life
  • introduce the relationship between behaviour and the environment that is the basis of ABA, and
  • explore common examples where ABA can be helpful in your home, community and daily activities
