What to Expect

Transition Planning for Youth with Special Needs and Their Families Through Secondary School and Beyond

TVDSB, LDCSB and TVCC are hosting an information fair with representation from both school boards and multiple community partners.

The focus of the event is supporting students with special needs through secondary transitions to a variety of post-secondary pathways including school to work, college, university or community.

Youth and Families will receive information about supports and services they can access in pursuit of their dreams & goals.

Date: Wednesday November 18, 2026

Time: 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Location: Thames Valley District School Board (Thames Room) 1250 Dundas St., London **Please note that the major roads in the area are under construction which may cause traffic delays.

Cost: None

Parking: Free

Registration: This is a drop-in information fair with no online registration required.
