For TVCC youth, 12 yrs +, who can stay with the group.
What to Expect
If you have a ‘spare’ afternoon this March break, come join the TVCC youth team for bowling and ice cream at Fleetway. Come have some fun with friends, while getting some low-impact physical activity.
This group is open to all abilities. Fleetway has bowling ramps, bumpers for those who need them, and those with physical mobility or sensory regulations are not requried to wear bowling shoes.
Through this program, youth will:
- Practice social skills through turn taking, group activity, peer connection, independent ordering
- Boost their self-confidence
- Participate in physical activity through bowling
Participant Criteria:
- TVCC clients 12 yrs +
- Able to participate in group activities independently or with a support person present to assist them
- Able to stay with the group
Youth are welcome to bring any adaptive equipment or support items to support their participation (i.e. noise reducing headphones, comfort items)

Time: 1:00 - 2:45 p.m.
Location: Fleetway Bowling, 720 Proudfoot Lane, London, ON, N6H 5G5
Cost: There is no registration fee for this program; however, each participant is expected to bring money with them to cover the following:
- $8 per person for bowling
- $10 estimate for a ice cream treat of their choice at Dairy Queen
- Any other spending money for arcade or other.

This program is hosted by TVCC Horizons Youth Services and the TVCC Wellness Project.
