What to Expect
"Talking Autism Together" is an interactive discussion for parents/caregivers of children with autism. Each session is facilitated by a Family & Community Consultant and will focus on a specific topic, offering practical advice and a space to share experiences and strategies.
October's topic is "Embracing the Unexpected": Strategies for Adapting to New Events" Join us for a guided discussion where we will explore practical approaches to navigating sudden changes in routine and unforeseen challenges in everyday situations. This discussion will encourage parents & caregivers to share their suggestions and strategies. Together we can explore tools to build resilience, maintain flexibility, and turn unexpected events into opportunities for growth and innovation.
November's topic is "Tips for Toilet Training": Whether you're just starting or need fresh ideas, this session is designed to help you navigate this important milestone.
