For parents/caregivers of children with autism who are registered in the Ontario Autism Program and about to start or recently finished a treatment plan with Autism & Behavioural Services. This includes the Caregiver-Mediated Early Years, Entry to School, and Core Clinical Services programs at TVCC.
What to Expect
Although this series will focus on supporting your child during a treatment program, all parents and caregivers of children registered in the OAP are welcome to attend.
Join us for a series of 30-minute virtual education sessions where you will learn foundational principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).
There will be an additional 15 minutes after each session to ask questions.
Come to learn new tools to support your child’s ongoing learning!
Examples of topics include:
• finding motivation
• increasing cooperation
• relationship management and much more
