A Parent Education Series - Foundational Strategies in ABA

For parents/caregivers of children with autism who are registered in the Ontario Autism Program and about to start or recently finished a treatment plan with Autism & Behavioural Services. This includes the Caregiver-Mediated Early Years, Entry to School, and Core Clinical Services programs at TVCC.

What to Expect

This education series is for parents and caregivers whose children are registered in Core Clinical Services, Entry to School, and Caregiver Mediated Early Years programs.

If your child is about to start, is currently in, or has recently finished a treatment plan with Autism & Behavioural Services, this series is for you! 

Join us weekly for a 30-minute virtual education session where you will learn foundational principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). There will be an additional 15 minutes after each session to ask questions. Come to learn new tools to support your child’s ongoing learning!  

This series runs for 10 weeks. Examples of topics include finding motivation, increasing cooperation, relationship management, and much more!

Two sessions are offered each week - join us on Mondays or Thursdays.
