What to Expect
Focusing on yourself can be difficult! This is especially true when you are parenting a child with disabilities.
As the saying goes, "you can't pour from an empty cup". This Caring For You "Express" version is condensed from our original 4-part series. Join us for this 1-hour presentation designed to help you identify what's in your cup and to learn some simple ways to refill your cup within your daily activities.
We will use ACT-based strategies to help you become more present with yourself and help you move toward the things that matter most to you! The session will include mindfulness activities broken into manageable steps that fit with your busy lifestyle.
