What to Expect
You will guide the process. Together, we’ll talk about your needs, goals, and what you and your child/youth need support with. Don’t worry, Autism & Behavioural Services staff can help if you don’t know where to start.
When you have selected the goals and treatment package, staff will observe and assess your child/youth to see his/her current strengths and needs. We will create an individualized treatment plan for your child/youth based on your goals, time, and budget. All services can be delivered virtually or in-person, as determined in collaboration with your child/youth’s Behaviour Clinician.
Now the fun begins! Your child/youth will meet a team of staff who teach skills in innovative ways, through play and interaction. Staff will work towards the goals written in the treatment plan.
