Most importantly, it takes into account the specialized supports required by each participants to access their chosen pathway for the future.

Hutton House and Thames Valley Children's Centre have formed a unique partnership to offer this one of a kind program.

Who is eligible to apply?

Individuals who:

  • Are between the ages of 15 & 30.
  • Are no longer attending secondary school.
  • Have a disability which significantly affects access to existing community programs and services
  • Are motivated and willing to commit time to reach their personalized goals
  • live in London and Middlesex County
