Reality 101 is an evening workshop for adolescents and their families who are actively planning their transition from high school to post secondary education.

This is an informal evening where students can hear from other students who have entered the college/university system and thrived, and parents can hear from other parents who have survived.

On our presenting panel we have student and parent representatives with experiences from both college and university. They will share their stories and experiences about their unique transition to post secondary education, and tips on navigating these new systems and environments.

After the panel presents, students will have the opportunity to chat with each other and the student presenters, and parents will be able to meet together and talk about their questions and concerns.
