2. Send your application in the return envelope
   
3. Attend an interview with the Coordinator of Volunteer Services
   
4. Fill out a Criminal Reference Check form
   
5. Provide three personal references
   
6. Provide documentation of an updated immunization record and TB test
   
7. Attend an orientation & training session
   
8. Begin volunteer placement
   
9. Evaluation
