consists of several specialized service areas. Due to the size and nature of the caseloads, these services do not divide naturally on the basis of age. As a result, the clinicians in the specialty service areas provide service to infants up to young adults in the region of Southwestern Ontario.

Due to the nature of these types of services, they are not typically offered in smaller communities. Many of the services use a consultative model and are offered on an intermittent basis, often during times of transition when a client's / family's needs change. Consequently, strong communication and collaboration with the client's community service providers is essential to ensure that suggestions and follow up are meaningful and possible.
